Depression
Sufferers of depression can have differing experiences, signs or symptoms. It can be a chronic, lifelong, on and off again experience or a one off experience based on a unique set of circumstances. There can be physical symptoms too, such as feeling constantly tired, sleeping badly, having no appetite or sex drive, and various aches and pains.
People with depression can also experience a range of symptoms, in milder forms this can be persistent feelings of hopelessness, while severe symptoms can lead to feeling suicidal.
However depression is experienced, therapy offers a space to explore the experience in a safe space, this allows for consideration of the thoughts and feelings, situation or environments that may be contributing factors.
