About Me

I am a humanistic counsellor/psychotherapist, I use different modalities to help you find a more rewarding life. I believe every one is capable with the right direction/conditions to achieve this.

I see all sorts of people suffering anxiety,low self esteem and self confidence,relationship and friendship difficulties or people having big decisions to make.

Being in my mid 50s with personal experience myself I specialise in these fields:
